Oil be there for you

from $10.00

50% of the sale of these items will be donated towards The Sanabel Team, a community led project providing aid to families in Gaza. Glossy poster (2 sizes available) or postcard.

Olives are essential to Mediterranean diets, traditions, and cultures. Olive trees can grow to be thousands of years old, embodying the deep history of the places where they grow and the people who tend to them.

Since 2013, millions of Italian olive trees have succumbed to Xylella, a disease that ultimately causes them to die. In Puglia, you can see fields and fields of these desiccated trees. Researchers have not given up looking for a treatment.

Across the Mediterranean, Palestinian families have relied on olive tree cultivation for generations. However, since 1967, more than 800,000 Palestinian olive trees have been illegally uprooted by Israeli authorities.* And since October 2023, the continuous destruction of Palestinian land, neighbourhoods, and genocide of its people has led to unimaginable loss.
